Nina Shoulberg, DVM, MS, Diplomate American College of Veterinary Dermatology
After graduating cum laude from Cornell University in 1978, Dr. Nina Shoulberg received a Masters degree in Immunology from Purdue University in 1980. She then attended the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University, graduating in 1984.
Her career path next took her through an internship in general medicine and surgery from the Animal Medical Center in 1985, before moving into private practice for three years in Westchester, New York. Her return to the Animal Medical Center allowed her to complete a two-year residency in Veterinary Dermatology in 1990.
Dr. Shoulberg is board-certified and has been a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology since 1991. Dr. Shoulberg is recognized as one of the “Best Vets” in Westchester Magazine for 2010, 2011, and 2012. She was previously recognized as one of the “Best Vets” in New York Magazine for 2002.
Over the last two decades, Dr. Shoulberg has treated countless patients in Westchester, New York and Norwalk, Connecticut. In addition, Dr. Shoulberg has authored numerous scientific articles and lectured nationally.
Dr. Shoulberg is married with two children and has two dogs and two cats. She enjoys doing agility with her Shetland sheepdog and is trying to graduate from the class Good Manners 1with her 6-month-old golden retriever!
